Courtney Bourque

I think a lot of what makes me great is that I am a bit of a chameleon. I’m naturally an outgoing, goofy person and I connect easily with people through that, but when it’s game time, I’ve got the chops, focus and intelligence to give you every bit of information you will need to help you through your buying or selling journey. It doesn’t hurt that together with my husband, we own and operate Corland Contracting Inc. giving me a deep rooted understanding of home construction, renovations and what things actually cost to upgrade or repair.

Residential is my jam, but more specifically I shine when I’m talking about rural properties. Septic systems, wells, all of the nitty gritty- I have a deep knowledge of all the things you need to understand about these types of properties.

Lively/Naughton/Whitefish and the South End are my areas of focus- I have a natural interest in these areas because I grew up in Lively, and now live in the South End. I have so many friends and family and friends of family in these areas, there is not too many homes that I find myself disconnected from in some way, shape or form! 

I’m always looking to provide more value than anyone else and prove that I am worth every dollar that I earn. I do that through being accessible and responsive to my clients, by continual learning so I can be bringing up to date knowledge and the best tools to them, by aligning myself with and utilizing top tier professionals for things like photography, videography, staging & marketing materials.

For me, Sudbury has it all, we’re just big enough that we have unique and thriving local business for entertainment and shopping, yet small enough that we’re all so deeply connected to outdoor activities all year round.

Always with my husband and two little daughters. If its the summer, you’ll find us on our boat in the North Channel of Lake Huron.

I am a "coffee from home" kind of girl and it’s always decaf with a splash of Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte coffee creamer.
