I’ve been a licensed Realtor® since 2010, but real estate has been part of my life for much longer. My mom worked in the business here in Sudbury, and when I made the move out of a marketing and sales career back in 2008, I knew I wanted something more grounded—more personal. I got the chance to train under one of the most respected brokers in town, and I never looked back. Real estate felt like a natural fit, and more than a decade later, it still does.

My ability to look at the big picture for the client, really put everything in a context they can understand, and put the advice in the right light for the client’s situation. It really puts people at ease when they can properly understand their options, and the choices in front of them.

Residential all the way! This is a people business, and that’s what I like. The real reward is the gratitude from the clients for another job well done.

It would be shorter to list the ones I don’t! HAHA I was born, raised, and lived in Greater Sudbury my whole life! Add to that I have been an agent now for 15+ years, and you get to know your city!

Client first always. Advice is only helpful to the client if it’s placed in the context of their unique situation. I always try to give them not the best advice, but the best advice for them. Those 2 options don’t always line up, and advice should never be too generalized. Getting to know them, their lifestyle, their goals, with my knowledge of the city, and then try to guide them to the right neighbourhood for them. Whether the goals are short term or long, the context of the move is important.

Home with my boys. In the kitchen cooking something fresh. Cruising with the boys in the convertible to the island or a beach somewhere. Travelling when I can. Always following the Packers!
