Having spent all 29 years of my life so far in Sudbury, with over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales, I was inspired to join the industry after going through the buying and selling process myself. I’m especially passionate about working with first-time home buyers—helping them find the perfect home at an affordable rate while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I proudly specialize in New Sudbury and surrounding areas, including The Valley, Chemmy, and Azilda.

I spent my entire childhood biking around New Sudbury with my friends, knowing all the streets, stores, and parks. If you want to know where the most desirable neighbourhoods are in New Sudbury, I'm your guy.

I have cried happy tears with a few clients, but one will always stand out. We had been looking for around a year, traveling hundreds if not thousands of kilometres, working with a tight budget... things were looking like it was not going to be possible to get even more than half of his needs and wants... Until THE property came up on the market, we had texted each other what felt like seconds after one another saying " I think this is the one ". It was in my client's budget, had most if not all the needs and wants, one of the most important of those was being close to his family, it checked all the boxes. After seeing the property and confirming it was the one, we quickly put together an offer and started the negotiation process. We ended up competing against another buyer but through negotiation and prioritizing my clients best interest, we had won against the competition. Tears were shared over the phone that night and several times again throughout the closing process.

Focusing on their needs and wants, while also getting to know the person and understanding their motivation for buying or selling helps me do my job to the best of my abilities. I also like to keep my clients as informed as possible with weekly and sometimes even daily check-ins, market directions, and taking my time to review all the complicated and confusing documents involved in a real estate transaction.

What I love most about Sudbury is we are the perfect blend of city, and rural outdoors lifestyle. Love rock climbing (Indoor or outdoor), and days-long hiking? We got it! Live theatre and weekly concerts during the summer? Yup! Known universities, colleges & trades schools? Some of the best! There's truly something for everyone in Sudbury.

People are always surprised to find out I'm actually a huge nerd! Sure I played a few sports growing up but sitting down and relaxing to a good fantasy movie, book or anime, or picking up the controller to game will always be a few of my favourite pastimes. From reading comics and manga at a young age, to now binge-watching every new Marvel and Star Wars show that comes out, there's not much I haven't seen or played.
