I've invested in being part of quality realtor networks, I've attended conferences across the country, and I've personally met and vetted agents in cities everywhere! This isn't just me Googling someone and hoping for the best. For cities I have not been to, I pay to be part of networks with quality, full time agents, for situations like these. 

What I Look For When Sending a Seller to a Realtor

Not every agent markets homes the same way. Before I refer one of my clients to a selling agent in another city, I'm asking these to make sure the service is the best:

• Do you stage your listings?

• Do you invest in professional photos and video?

• Do you run ads, including targeted social media ads?

• Do you have an email list to market to?

If the answers aren't there, they aren’t getting a referral!

What I Look For When Sending a Buyer

• Are you full time?

• How many buyers did you help last year?

• What's your take on the current market?

I want someone sharp, available, and up to date. I’ll also see their speed of response.
