What made you decide to get into real estate?

I have lived in many cities in Ontario and always bought and sold many homes. I had a career change and my wife convinced me to go into real estate.

Why do you love working in real estate?

I enjoy helping people. Buying a home is the largest purchase a family will make. It is imperative to make it a good experience for the family.

What part of the process makes you feel the most accomplished/happy?

When you call your clients to let them know that the deal was accepted. Smiles Everywhere!

Which location are you an expert in, and why?

Southend would be the location I am an expert since I live in that area of town.

What makes Team Kurt different?

It is all about the client. If you always think what is best for your client, you will never go wrong.

What can we find you doing in your spare time?
