What made you decide to get into real estate?

I had been working in the construction industry for 20 years selling windows, doors, kitchens, and looking after major renovations. Having purchased, renovated and sold multiple homes, I knew what I was looking for in a realtor and had a good grasp of what a healthy home looks like. I felt as though many realtors fell short of my expectation. So I decided to get my real estate license and have access to all the information relating to any specific home and in turn, convey that information to clients so all can make an informed decision free of pressure.

Why do you love working in real estate? What part of the process makes you feel the most accomplished/happy?

To be able to help a client whether it’s buying their first home, dream home or selling their home. When a client finds that house and says "this is the one" and I get to be the one to tell them the house it's theirs!

Which location are you an expert in, and why?

With Greater Sudbury being so spread out and clients moving from one end to the other, I can't strictly focus on a specific area as I like to be able to assist in all the options my clients may be considering. That being said I research and stay on top of all corners of the greater city of Sudbury.

What makes Lake City Realty different?

What sets our brokerage apart from the rest is that each and every one of us feels that the client's interest must come first and conduct ourselves to that effect. We get to know our clients as people and not numbers. Our client relationships are built on trust, which means a lot to us. Also, we are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve our service.

What can we find you doing in your spare time?

My down time is spent with my wife and children. You'll find us doing little projects around the house or out camping, hiking, biking, sliding, sledding... the list goes on.
