Dealing with COVID-19 as a Sudbury Realtor
It's Monday, which means it's time for another episode of Selling the Rock - your Sudbury Real Estate podcast! That's right, COVID-19 can't rain on this parade!
Let's face it, COVID-19 has affected our daily lives and routines - it's been on everyone's mind...and with good reason! Today, David talks about how it has already impacted the real estate market. Buyers are opting to stay home and some sellers that were prepping their house for the market are deciding to hold off until they know how COVID-19 is going to play out. Of course, there are still motivated buyers, so David chats about how to advise clients to proceed with caution.
From a real estate perspective, we've just heard that our annual general meeting is cancelled! The Sudbury Real Estate office has also closed its doors to the public for the time being. Even here at Lake City Realty, some of our admin staff feel more comfortable working from home. We are so lucky to have a job that allows us the mobility to work from home or remote locations. We acknowledge the importance of putting appropriate measures into place and are following them the best we can.
