No Money, No Problem - Lyn Lebeau

Today, Tristan invites Lyn Lebeau to share her inspiring story of how she crushed 18 deals in 12 months! She is definitely a powerful woman to celebrate and for all of our listeners out there - you're NOT going to want to miss this one!

Lyn gives all the details of how she created an empire around her goal of replacing a 6 figure income. She talks about the types of deals she looks for and emphasizes the power of the 'BRRRR' strategy (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) - which she refers to as her 'Two Strategy Combo'. 

She also chats about her experience and main takeaways with coaching prior to getting into real estate. Reflecting back on her journey, she notes that this played a HUGE role in her success. Yes, it's a big investment, but it definitely pays off -  giving you the confidence you need to go all in.
