No matter the season, coffee is a MUST for us. It makes waking up a little easier, it helps us get through those long work days, and of course, it's delicious. Fortunately for us, there are so many awesome locally-owned coffee shops in Sudbury for us to get our daily fix, and if you love coffee like us, you'll want to check them out! Here are our top 5 favourites to visit here in Sudbury.

1. Salute Coffee Company

We have such a soft spot for Salute! With locations in the south end and on the Kingsway, we visit this coffee shop more than any other. Whether we're picking up coffee in bulk for an event or stopping in to get some work done, we're in love with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Not to mention, the staff are so kind! And if you have a dog, make sure you bring them through the drive-thru for a treat!

2. Twiggs Coffee Roasters

Twiggs - another local favourite - has just about the freshest coffee you can get here in Sudbury. And right when you walk in, you'll see exactly why it's so popular! Not only are their coffee and treats so yummy, but their shop is aesthetically pleasing and makes you feel so comfortable. In winter, we love to sit with a hot cup of coffee in a booth next to the massive windows overlooking the Kingsway, and in the summer, you'll catch us out on the patio enjoying the sunshine (and a smoothie).

3. Kuppajo Espresso Bar

With one location nestled in the downtown core and a brand new location in the south end, Kuppajo is known for its spectacular latte art and swoon-worthy baked goods. We absolutely love the vibes of this adorable shop! Walking in, you're greeted by the friendliest baristas, and taking a look around, you'll see tons of other coffee enthusiasts who love it just as much as we do. Did we mention, their coffee is to die for?!

4.Nourish

This one's a newer coffee shop here in Sudbury, and it's such a gem! If you're someone who loves greenery, you'll love this shop's decor. And not only do they have some pretty amazing coffee, but they also have Instagram-worthy protein superfood shakes and smoothies. This cafe also makes for an excellent lunch spot with its soup and salad options. And when you dine in, you'll have a great view of downtown Sudbury!

5. Pinchman's

Since it's fairly close to our office, we can't resist stopping in to Pinchman's. We love them so much, in fact, that we featured their coffee and desserts in one of our listing videos! (Seriously...check out the video below, starting at 1:40.)

After a long day of showings and listing presentations, who wouldn't love grabbing a sandwich and a coffee from this awesome bakery? Everything is handmade fresh right in store, and when you walk in the door, the smell is heavenly. Trust us when we say you need to try Pinchman's!

6. Old Rock Coffee

And lastly, we can't forget about this downtown gem! We love visiting this cafe, especially in the summer months when the Sudbury Market is just across the street. You can find this brand in multiple stores across Sudbury, including Knowhere Public House and Laurentian University, and in other locations across Northern Ontario. We highly recommend checking this one out!
