How to Help Out Local Small Businesses During COVID-19

Hey everyone! It's Wednesday, April 1st! Which means TWO things! First off, Happy April Fools' Day! I guess we have COVID-19 to thank for all of the well thought out pranks given the abundance of extra time on everyone's hands!  Secondly, we're dropping another episode of Selling the Rock - you're Sudbury Real Estate Podcast brought to you by the one and only, David Kurt! 

Coming together as a community is so important right now. Taking the opportunities to support small businesses is truly the backbone of the environment. It is these small businesses that are hurting the most. Today, David goes over a few ways that you can help out local businesses in our community! For starters, ordering take out is a great way to show your support for #local! The Government has also given the green light for ordering alcohol for takeout. This is something we have never seen before and we're excited! Have you been craving your go-to tall can or fav bottle of wine? Order in and enjoy each sip in the comfort of your own home! If you are fortunate enough to have a little bit of extra money flowing in, ordering takeout once a week goes a long way in helping these businesses stay on their feet. Buying gift cards is another great way to support local Sudbury businesses! This could be what they need to get through these tough times. Personally, we couldn't think of a better gift to give your friends, family and colleagues right now. We're sure all of us our dreaming of being able to celebrate the end of social distancing in a local restaurant or shop with loved ones! 

It's been amazing to see Sudbury really come together. We are a community that cares. A community that goes the extra mile when it comes to supporting each other. Do what you can to help out our small businesses.
