The COVID shutdown continues to throw the real estate world in a bit of a whirl this week; it was shocking to see the number of new listings versus the number of sold's, thats the biggest ratio that jumped out to me.  Beyond that it was the number of multiple offers which continues to hover over 30% of the sales.  Take a peak for yourself and let me know what you think of the numbers, if you are wondering how they apply to you and your situation I'm happy to book a virtual call and connect.
