Weekly Wrap Up - March 20, 2020
Hey everyone! Another week has come to an end, which means it's time for our weekly wrap up episode of Selling the Rock - your Sudbury Real Estate podcast! Honestly, we're in crazy times right now!
David dives into this weeks stats! There were 29 firm sales and 11 conditional deals equaling out to 40 possible deals that have happened this week in the market. The number of new listings is 42! This just goes to show that there is still a lot going on in the market place. 10 out of the 29 sales were in multiple offers, meaning there were ten people that were motivated and focused to move ahead and find their ideal home. Despite everything that's going on, we are still dealing with very serious buyers.
David explores how COVID-19 might affect the market place on a short term, medium term, and long term basis. It's scary times for all of us and you're not going to want to miss out on this week's wrap up and glance into the future of Sudbury's real estate market!
