Weekly Wrap Up - March 27
Hey everyone and welcome back to another episode of Selling the Rock - your local Real Estate podcast! This week's wrap up is a bit of a heavy one, so we apologize in advance! Here we go!
David has the stats for the last 7 days, and quite frankly what we're seeing is both shocking and unexpected. There has been an increase in the number of sales and new listings this week! Which is sad to see right now as it paints the picture that people are not taking social distancing seriously and are not doing their part to flatten the curve. David also brings one of the top concerns in the marketplace right now to the table.
