What Does a Perfect Listing Look Like During COVID?

Hey everyone! Welcome back to Monday's episode of Selling the Rock - your local Real Estate podcast! Today we have David Kurt and Tristan Ritchie coming at you live to unpack the perfect listing and seller in this crazy world that we're in right now! They discuss how our team at Lake City Realty is working to prepare ourselves and adapt our operations as there doesn't seem to be an end in sight for COVID-19. If you are a serious seller or are in a position where you need to sell your home right now, we want to be there to help you through the process in the safest, most efficient way, while still doing our part to flatten the curve.

Tristan chats about his upcoming listings and fills us in on how operating is different today for a seller than what it was in the 'pre-covid' a few weeks ago. He also outlines what first meetings look like with sellers and addresses the conversations he is having with them around preparing their home to be able to be shown virtually.

David and Tristan flow through the process of what it looks like to list and have your house on the market. Our team wants to be there for you in some way, shape of form! If you don't have the option to put selling or buying a home on hold right now, you're not going to want to miss this episode of how we can accommodate virtual sales!

We appreciate all of our listeners! Feel free to tell us what kind of topics you're burning to know more about! Give Selling the Rock a like, share or review if you enjoy our weekly conversations and content!
