Where to Find Houses for Sale Online
Hi there and welcome back to another episode of Selling the Rock- you Sudbury Real Estate news! Our goal with this podcast is to teach people about the real estate process and help make them more aware of what to expect when buying, selling or looking for a house!
David Kurt is back from his trip to host today's episode about looking for homes online! This can be quite a tricky process with all the online market places around now of days! The majority of the listings within Canada can be found on Realtor.ca! It's probably the best place to look online according to David. However, you can check Kijiji or the Facebook Marketplace (let's be honest, the Facebook Market place is taking over Kijiji anyways), but you may run into expired posts as those websites don't have the most updated information.
Our advice? Talk to a real estate agent that is an expert in the area you're looking for. They usually have the best information about what the market is like in that area and more.
