Secrets of Top Selling Agents

The secretes of Top Selling Agents is US focused but still offers a ton of general real estate value for agents in Sudbury looking to sharpen their skills. They bring in a variety of presenters and lots of different topics for Realtors®. Most webinars are about an hour and a half long.

BoomTown

Boom Town is a real estate solutions company that are offering free online webinars in the coming months; you can sign up for future classes or access their database of past recorded webinars.

Lone Wolf Technologies

This is the backend software that we use at our office and they are offering online webinars for both broker owners (I’ve been signing up for them) and agents as well. They are very focused on the shift in the business with working in a COVID world. Worth taking a look for sure!

Compass Academy

This one may be my favourite, they are such an intriguing brand that has taken the Real Estate world (in the US) by storm. They position themselves as a tech-first real estate brokerage. They have opened their online academy free for all agents regardless of brand. Its bite sized information and live webinars on different topics to make you a better more productive agent.

Kathleen Black Mastermind Group

Kathleen Black is one of the top Real Estate coaches in North America, and runs amazing mastermind group focused on getting Realtors to the next level of their business.     Are you interested in learning how to professionally address the immediate challenges business owners are facing with COVID-19 and the need for remote work? This workshop will walk you through getting your team up and running remotely while improving your overall efficiency at the same time! Biffini & Company Pathway to Mastery

CCIM Institute

The CCIM institute offers a few free, 1 hour long commercial courses on its websites if you are interested in general commercial real estate topics. There are also a ton of online more detailed and specific courses available anyway from $30-$100.

Historically a lot of coursers or sessions have never had a virtual component. Now in a stay-at-home world some of these courses/sessions are available virtually for the first time ever.

Online Certified Negotiation Course

This course is never typically available online; a lot of agents that I look up to say it's the best course they have ever taken! During the COVID-19 Outbreak, the online course will be open to Everyone! The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is offering Certified Negotiation Expert courses 1,2 and 3 online for the first time ever. My friends who have taken this course say its the best real estate education course they have ever taken; and I’m looking forward to it myself.

Kapplan Real Estate Education

Kaplan offers online continuing education courses and professional development for real estate industry. They typically focus on in class but haver made the shift to offer virtual solutions. The courses are pricy (around $400/course); but people that have taken them have said they offer great value.

University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business

UBC Suader School of Business offers variety of short online self-study and webinar courses ranging from $60-$130. They are tailored on Canadian business/real estate;. You need to register but only takes about a day.
